Title	BUG: "BuddyID" field in data file not quote-delimited
Products	On The Mark v0.85 (pre-release 1)
Symptoms	The "BuddyID" field in the data log file that OTM creates is not quote-delimited, which is the case with all other character (i.e., non-numeric) fields.
Cause	(n/a)
Status	This is a known issue and will be addressed in the next release of OTM.
Resolution	There is no resolution for this issue at the present time. Update 17 April 1998: This issue has been resolved in OTM v0.86 rev 0. Please contact Metralis support if you need this update.
